3. Account Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Dumpster Rental Terms

• Rental Period: The rental period for each dumpster will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Extended rental periods may be subject to additional fees.
• Waste Accepted: You agree to use our dumpsters for acceptable waste only. Hazardous materials, chemicals, tires, and other restricted items may not be disposed of in our dumpsters. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations regarding waste disposal.
• Damages and Overloading: If a dumpster is overloaded or damaged due to misuse, you may incur additional charges. You are responsible for ensuring the contents of the dumpster do not exceed the weight limit specified at the time of rental.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: Our pricing is based on the size of the dumpster, rental duration, and the delivery/pickup location. Any additional charges will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
• Payment: Payments must be made in full at the time of booking or as otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards. Failure to make payments on time may result in delayed services or additional fees.

6. Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery: We will deliver the dumpster to the address specified in your booking. Delivery times will be confirmed at the time of booking. While we strive to meet all delivery time requests, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Pickup: You are responsible for contacting us to arrange pickup of the dumpster once it is full or when your rental period is complete. If the dumpster is not available for pickup when scheduled, you may incur additional charges.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any illegal, harmful, or prohibited purposes, including, but not limited to:

• Disposing of hazardous materials or illegal waste
• Causing harm or damage to our property or the environment
• Violating any local, state, or federal laws

8. Limitation of Liability

Quick Waste Services is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to the delivery, use, or disposal of waste in our dumpsters.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quick Waste Services, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
